GICOM Srl is an international high-tech company based in Italy. It provides a fully Integrated Communication System to fit the specific operative needs on board any type and size of vessels and Offshore Units.
GICOM Srl can provide the full package of Internal Communication / General Alarm including data, video and any audio signal processing both analogue and digital such as telephones, background music, pre-recorded messages, local entertainment systems and so on.
Systems are always tailored to each project and their configuration may vary depending on technical specification received, vessel type/size and/or special Yard/Owner requirements.

Since the beginning, the company considered, the cooperation with the major Classification Societies an essential synergy for ensuring the customers on the quality of each apparatus composing our system, its reliability, its full compliance with IMO / SOLAS requirements and its capability to match the severe quality standard of worldwide fleets.
GICOM™ system has been therefore submitted to severe tests at laboratory, carried out in presence of Classification Societies officials in order to get the relevant Type Approval Certificates.
