EPOCAST 36® is a two-component pourable chocking compound with excellent physical characteristics replacing the conventional method of steel chocks when used for mounting main and auxiliary engines, gear boxes, steering gears, thrust bearings, stern tubes, etc.
EPOCAST 36® chocks are not only econimical to fit but offer additional benefits such as their ability to fill any reasonable irregularity in the chocking interface and to reduce noise and vibration.

Two-component resin system enriched with high-grade fillers.
EPOCAST F consits of a fi lled mixture of specially chosen polyoles curing with isocyanates to elastics polyurethane form materials. Due to the low exothermal reaction during the curing process – even of larger quantities – and the low shrinkage stress the chocking compound is excellently suitable for pouring of sensitive pressured devices and elements. EPOCAST F is characterized by long application times and smooth surfaces after curing even at increased air humidity.

EPOCAST 36-P is a trowelable thixotropic 2-component epoxy paste especially developed for installation of LPG/LNG tanks and other containment systems.
EPOCAST 36-P is a further development of our worldwide proven chocking/grouting system EPOCAST 36® and is everywhere in application where it is not practical to use a free flowing resin.
EPOCAST 36-P can be extremely loaded. It has good adhesive properties, even at very low temperatures. EPOCAST 36-P has been approved by all major Classification Societies for temperatures from +80°C to -110°C and to -165°C.
